About MPHH
Since 2015, Mr Phil Hovey has been cutting, coloring, and taking care of hair. This endeavor known as MPH Hair is focused solely on the modern hair service experience utilizing techniques, skills, and products specializing in delivering quality & customized hair services to you.
Mr Phil Hovey is a licensed hair professional. As a former artist & educator for Aloxxi Color & Salon Care, Mr Phil has taught, cut, colored, styled, and collaborated his way all over the North East. His private studio in Milford CT is built just for you.

Mr Phil specializes in precision cutting, vivid colors, and natural blended color.
How To Book: schedule a day/time for your consultation in studio, bring sample photos/ideas to your consultation, we choose a date/time for your service appointment, subsequent sessions will be booked upon completion of your first appointment
All sessions are by appointment only
Each session is eligible for photo taking of the final product (please bring both a black shirt and white shirt to the session for “after” photos)
All photos taken are eligible to be hosted on social media, web, email, and other marketing platforms.
MPHH accepts cash, card, tap to pay
All sessions over $150 require a 15% deposit to be paid prior to the session date (minimum 7 days prior). All deposits are applied to final session price and non refundable in the event of no-show, canclelation of session without rescheduling to a new date
The MPHH studio is a drug free, vape/smoke free, alcohol free enviornment.
Mr Phil uses color products by Aloxxi, Danger Jones, Joico, BlondeMe
Hair care products provided by Aloxxi, UNITE
Skin care products provided by Dermalogica
All tools at MPHH are sanitized for and after each client
All capes, towels, and assorted laundry are held in clean dry storage prior to each session
